Most eligible repairs include a 2-year/24,000-mile nationwide limited warranty, subject to written terms, exclusions and claim requirements. Engines, transmissions, differentials, transfer cases, fluids, gaskets and other listed items are excluded from that general coverage. Fluids and gaskets have a separate 12-month/12,000-mile shop limited warranty. Eligible engine and transmission replacements have separate 3–4-year nationwide limited warranties, depending on the unit selected. Time or mileage, whichever comes first. Ask for the written coverage for your repair. Parts must be paid for before work is scheduled. Cancellations after parts are paid for incur a 25% restocking fee. There is no charge for rescheduling.
